You will also have real time with one of our doctors to talk through what you are noticing and what you would love to change. Ask every question on your mind. Together you will build a personalized plan around your goals and your budget, and you decide what happens next. There is no pressure to say yes to anything on the spot, ever.
To keep your first visit smooth, please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take, including vitamins and supplements. That short list helps us care for you safely and tailor our recommendations to your health.
Prefer to skip the clipboard when you arrive? You can complete your new patient forms ahead of time from home. Filling them out early means less paperwork in the waiting room and more time talking about you, so you can settle in and relax the moment you walk through the door.
