As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the steady, friendly guide who walks each patient through their treatment plan and helps them understand every option. You explain care and financing in plain, kind language so patients feel informed instead of overwhelmed. Working closely with Dr. Esther Pedersen and the team, you help people say yes to the healthy smile they want.

What you will do

Sit down with patients after their exam and clearly explain their diagnosis, treatment plan, and choices in warm, everyday language
Present financing options, insurance benefits, and membership savings honestly so patients can make a confident decision that fits their budget
Answer questions with patience and empathy, easing any worry so patients feel supported rather than pressured
Coordinate scheduling for treatment so care moves forward smoothly and no one falls through the cracks
Follow up with kindness on pending or unscheduled treatment, checking in to see how you can help each patient move ahead
Keep accurate, organized records of treatment plans, estimates, and patient conversations
Work hand in hand with Dr. Pedersen, hygienists, and the front desk so every patient feels one caring team around them
Help patients understand and enroll in our membership plan when it is the right fit for their needs

What we look for

A genuinely warm, caring person who makes patients feel heard and comfortable
Strong organization and follow through, so details and appointments never slip
Clear, kind communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Comfort talking about money, insurance, and financing in a helpful, no pressure way
Prior dental or medical office experience is a plus, especially with treatment planning or insurance
A team player who enjoys collaborating and pitching in wherever the day needs you
Dependability, honesty, and a positive attitude that patients and coworkers can count on
