As an Associate Dentist at Love To Smile, you will practice the full scope of general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry alongside a team that puts patients first. You will work with modern technology like CEREC same day crowns and Invisalign, with strong mentorship from Dr. Esther Pedersen, MAGD, a Diamond Invisalign provider. This is a busy, welcoming practice where you can build lasting patient relationships and keep growing your skills.

What you will do

Provide comprehensive general and family dental care, from routine exams and cleanings to fillings, crowns, and extractions
Deliver cosmetic and restorative treatment, including CEREC same day crowns, veneers, and smile makeovers
Plan and place dental implants and support patients through every step of their care
Guide patients through Invisalign clear aligner treatment with clear, honest recommendations
Diagnose and build personalized treatment plans, explaining options in plain language patients understand
Keep every visit gentle and unrushed, so anxious patients feel safe and cared for
Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to keep the day running smoothly
Stay current through continuing education and hands on mentorship with Dr. Pedersen

What we look for

DDS or DMD degree and an active Kansas or Missouri dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
A genuine, warm chairside manner that puts nervous patients at ease
Strong general dentistry skills with a real interest in growing in cosmetic and implant care
Comfort with or eagerness to learn modern technology like CEREC and Invisalign
A team first attitude and clear, respectful communication with patients and staff
A commitment to gentle, honest, patient centered care over rushing production
A love of learning and openness to mentorship and continuing education
