Official Rules and Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Love To Smile Invisalign Giveaway (“Contest”), you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by the following Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions (“Terms”). Love To Smile Dentistry (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without notice.
1. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Are legal residents of the United States, specifically residing in Kansas or Missouri, within a 50-mile radius of a Love To Smile location.
- Are physically able and willing to attend monthly in-person appointments at a Love To Smile location for the duration of Invisalign treatment.
- Are not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of employees or contractors of Love To Smile or its affiliates.
Sponsor reserves the right to request documentation or proof of eligibility at any time and may disqualify entrants who do not meet these requirements.
2. Entry Period and Method
The entry period begins on [start date] and ends on August 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST (“Entry Period”).
Participants must enter by completing the official entry form via the online contest platform or in-person form provided by Sponsor. Only one (1) entry per individual is allowed.
3. Minimum Entry Threshold
The awarding of the grand prize is contingent upon receiving a minimum of 200 valid, eligible entries during the Entry Period.
If this threshold is not met, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Contest and not award the grand prize. Sponsor also reserves the right to modify the prize or substitute alternate prizes at its discretion.
4. Prize Details
Subject to meeting the entry minimum, one (1) grand prize winner will be selected to receive a full Invisalign treatment, performed and administered by Love To Smile. The prize includes all aligners, treatment planning, and regular progress appointments, provided that the winner follows the prescribed treatment protocol.
Approximate retail value of the grand prize is up to $6,000, depending on treatment complexity. The prize is:
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
- Not redeemable for cash or substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion
The prize may be voided or forfeited if the winner fails to attend appointments, fails to comply with treatment requirements, or is found ineligible at any time.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Eligible entries will be pooled, and one (1) grand prize winner will be selected at random if the minimum entry threshold is met. Sponsor may offer additional runner-up discounts or promotional offers at its discretion, but these do not constitute prize awards under this Contest.
Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the close of the Entry Period. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification, is deemed ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity and Use of Likeness
By entering the Contest, Participant grants Sponsor the right to use their name, image, voice, likeness, and statements in promotional materials, online content, and other marketing or advertising purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Disqualification and Fraud
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process, violating these Terms, or acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or unlawful manner.
Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may result in legal action, including but not limited to civil and/or criminal prosecution.
8. Limitation of Liability and Waiver of Legal Claims
By entering this Contest, Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and any treatment that may follow if selected as a winner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant fully and forever releases, waives, and discharges Love To Smile Dentistry, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or relating to:
- Participation in the Contest
- The awarding, acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize
- Any Invisalign consultation, treatment, or procedure associated with the prize
- Any communication, marketing, or follow-up by Love To Smile
- Any act or omission by the Released Parties related to the Contest
By entering, Participant waives the right to bring or participate in any form of legal action, arbitration, or class action against the Released Parties related to the Contest or resulting treatment, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
This waiver of liability and agreement not to sue survives the conclusion of the Contest and the delivery of any prize.
9. Privacy
Any personal information submitted in connection with the Contest will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Participant acknowledges and agrees to receive emails, phone calls, and/or SMS communications from Sponsor regarding the Contest and related services.
10. Governing Law
This Contest and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.
