The entire staff dispels anxiety and fear from the moment you enter the cool and calming blue waiting room (where you seldom wait). The reception and billing staff are fun and very personable...I have a great rapport with everybody.On more than one occasion I have had a periodontal cleaning where they discover a cavity and fix it on the same visit. For years Love to Smile was our dentist. Even after we started traveling full time, we made sure to circle back around each year for our dental visit. Eventually, we settled back down about 4 hours... away. We found a local dentist, but unfortunately had a very bad experience at their office. Before retiring, I worked in the dental field as a consultant, so I’m very familiar with procedures and insurance. So needless to say, we have decided to make the 4 hour drive to continue with Love to Smile. It is so worth it to have a dental office who is honest, caring and want what’s best for their patients. Tried love to smile and my hygienist Larissa... and Dr “Pinky” - I can’t believe how patient, professional and thoughtful they are. BEST DENTAL OFFICE HANDS DOWN! I was someone that needed a TON of work done and was terrified of the dentist. I was there after a front tooth had broken off at the gum line and knew I couldn’t put... off a dentist any longer. I had so many cavities after the initial X-rays I felt overwhelmed and ashamed. I went from thinking I needed sedation and having panic attacks days prior to an appointment to not even using laughing gas and getting all the work done that was needed over the last couple of years. I have a beautiful smile now and my self esteem is so much better! I’ve worked with all of the dentists at this practice and I think I’ve had every dental assistant as well. They have all been incredibly kind, gone out of their way to make me feel safe during each procedure and kept me comfortable throughout explaining what they are doing, asking periodically if I need a break or how I’m doing so far. If you have any concerns inbetween visits they are quick to work you in and genuinely care about helping you achieve your best dental health. More than once and more than one dentist at this practice has worked me in to the schedule same day I called needing help and included two different dentists working me in over their lunch breaks to complete dental work that was needed on me last minute. I cant thank them enough for helping fix my smile and get healthy again. I would recommend them to anyone at any age looking to get dental work done. I've recently decided to not return to Love to Smile after 10+ years due to a policy change requiring prepay/deposit of up to $75 for treatments beyond regular check-ups. They keep your payment... card on file and already have a policy that charges you $50 for appointments missed without 24 hours notice which I view is fair and enough.They mentioned streamlining desk stops after care, but if your treatment is over that deposit, I would believe they would still like the account settled before you leave. So it is a little flawed in theory.Its an unfortunate change as I've never been delinquent using their services. I don't think a retainer/prepay for future service is the direction the medical world should go. Insurance, flex spending accounts, etc is enough to navigate.There dental care is good.read more

Absolutely loved my experience at Love 2 Smile in Overland Park! From start to finish, the team made everything super easy and comfortable. I especially want to shout out Sravani, the dental... hygienist—she was incredibly sweet, made genuine eye contact while talking with me, and used my name throughout the cleaning which made the whole thing feel a lot more personal. She also checked in often to make sure I was doing okay, which I really appreciated.Later on, Dr. Kingrani came in and was just as kind and personable. As a person who avoided dentist for 7year after a bad experience with my previous dentist. I decided to give Love to Smile a shot as they were local. Though why i would choose a place thats name is... Love to Smile when i have a lifetime history of not smiling in photos, well the world may never know. I was graced with a particularly gifted torturer for a dental hyginest. I cannot confirm but im almost positive she recieve a bonus for every tear they rolls from my eyes while cleaning, her second specialty is camera work.... I'm pretty positive even time im in for a cleaning she finds different random objects to put in my mouth to take xrays and other photos. Only after she has had all her giggles am I allowed to escape... and somehow everything I end up with an appointment for 6 months later. All jokes aside 10/10 would recommend, they have to be a good staff deal with my shenanigans, and they are pretty good with teeth as well.
